Peachjar

The McMinnville School District has launched a new electronic flyer delivery system called Peachjar.  Flyers about school or district-approved community events that previously were sent home in student backpacks will now be posted on the school website and emailed to parents.

This “green” initiative will save our schools tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. Posting school flyers in this electronic backpack also removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff and volunteers.

The system includes flyers from community groups that offer opportunities that can benefit students. These are not events sponsored by the school district. Previously, these flyers were sent home with students or posted in the school lobbies.

The system can also include delivery of school newsletters and announcements from the PTA.

Parents should have received a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password to access your account preferences. You can opt-out of receiving the flyers by email or set preferences of how often to receive the flyers.  You will not need to log in to view flyers.

To view the flyers, simply click the Peachjar button at the bottom of the school homepage under “Parent E-Flyers.”

This system is used exclusively for distribution of district-approved and school flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.  You can opt-out of the e-delivery at any time.  The email address used is the “primary” address submitted on your student’s registration form.  If you would like to add an email, you can do that by clicking “register” on the Peachjar home page.
